The Prime Minister is concerned enough to put the country in lockdown, with everyone instructed to stay indoors unless it is absolutely necessary to buy food, collect medication, or go to work. This is a good thing, although it won’t be much fun for many families. The good news is that deaths in Italy have slowed down in the last couple of days, which suggests social distancing may be working.
