What is an active tenancy?

An active tenancy is any currently valid or about to begin tenancy agreement. Expired tenancies are excluded from the count.

How do you count tenancies?

Each tenancy that you create is counted as one tenancy regardless of the number of tenants on the same tenancy, e.g. a joint tenancy with multiple tenants would be counted as one tenancy.

Can I manage HMOs?

Yes, you can create rooms (units) for each property and assign each tenant to a room. You can also set up an individual rent schedule for each tenant.

Is it suitable for Limited companies?

Yes, Landlord Vision is suitable for both private landlords and limited companies. Private landlords can use an income tax report with tax year ending on 5th April and limited companies can use Proft & Loss and Balance Sheet reports and choose their financial year end date.

Can my tenants access their tenancy data and reports?

Yes, you can invite your tenants to access their tenancy details, related documents and statement of account via a web based tenant area. The tenant module also includes a tenant help desk to facilitate and track the communication with your tenants.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes, you can use either our iPhone/iPad or Android mobile app for free. The mobile app connects to your Landlord Vision account and allows you to track tasks, rents and expenses while you are on the go.
