Landlord Vision can handle student properties in the way that best suits you. You can manage your property as a whole, and you can manage individual units or tenants too. So you can see the information you’ve entered at the level that makes most sense to you.


You are able to add units to Landlord Vison and to manage at this level. This includes, assigning tasks, documents, expenses etc to a specific unit and producing reports at unit level.


If you want to manage your student let as an entire property, you can also assign expenses, documents and tasks at the property level and see reports for the entire property too.

If there is one single tenancy agreement for the property, signed by all tenants then this is classed as one tenancy. If the four tenants each have their own tenancy agreement, it is classed as four tenancies instead.

Yes! If you have a mix of Student and buy to let or Student and HMO and other types of tenancy you can manage them all in Landlord Vision. It’s easy to manage your property as a whole, and you can manage individual units or tenants too, or you can include a mixture of both in your portfolio. So, if you want to manage one of your properties by unit level and one at the property level it’s easy to accomplish.


You can manage your mixed tenancies all within one portfolio, or you can create a portfolio to manage each type of tenancy. There’s no limit to the number of portfolios you can create, so it’s easy to manage your properties in the way that makes most sense to you.

Landlord Vision doesn’t integrate with any third-party accounting software packages. This is because Landlord Vision is an accounting software package. Just like Xero and Quick Books Landlord Vision is a powerful accounting engine so you don’t need to purchase additional software. The benefit of using Landlord Vision instead of an accounting package like Xero is that Landlord Vision was built specifically for managing property. So as well as all the powerful financial features you need from an accounting engine, you can manage your properties, tenants, contacts, documents etc. as well.
