Does Landlord Vision integrate with an accounting package such as Xero?

No. This is because Landlord Vision has its own integrated accounting engine that has been designed by accounting experts.

Is Landlord Vision MTD ready?

Landlord Vision is not MTD ready yet. Our legacy solution had been MTD integrated but due to continuous breaking changes to the MTD ITSA APIs the MTD integration was suspended. We have decided not to rush the implementation of MTD for our new solution until the MTD ITSA APIs become mature and stable. Although the MTD for Self Assessment deadline keeps getting postponed, we plan to work on the integration and push it live way ahead of the deadline.

I use a letting agent for managing my properties. Will Landlord Vision still benefit me?

Yes, absolutely! A letting agent only manages certain aspects of your portfolio. Don’t forget, as a landlord you need to submit complete property accounts to HMRC at the end of the year. Here are just a few things your letting agent would not be doing for you but that Landlord Vision can:

Recording all of your property related expenses

Keeping a track of any finance i.e. mortgage/loan repayments

Keeping a record of all your property related documents

providing accurate cashflow, profit and loss and tax payment estimates

Does Landlord Vision support bank feeds?

Yes, though currently not for all banks. We do have all of the major high street banks and many of the challenger banks.
