Expense Account Changes
We have made a couple of updates to our expense accounts following recent feedback. The following two expense items have been moved to the new accounts.
e.g. Expense Item | Old Account | New Account
Mortgage Arrangement Fee | Property Buying Costs | Finance Costs
Mortgage Broker Fee | Property Buying Costs | Finance Costs
We also now have this new expense item
Incidental Costs of Obtaining Finance | | Finance Costs
These changes allow you to correctly reflect the costs of obtaining finance and remortgaging in your Income Tax Report and P&L. Please review these changes as they make a difference to your outputs of these reports.
