More Landlord Vision Software Updates!

By 2 min read • November 28, 2018

Landlord Vision continues to be improved based upon user feedback. Here you can learn about the latest changes we have made:

Changing Direct Debit Mandates in Landlord Vision

Following recent user feedback, we have now made some updates to the way the direct debits work. Now you can make changes to the amount collected without having to set up a new DD mandate and send a new request to your tenant. The new changes also mean that you can change the date too as well as collect pro-rata rents for part periods. Please note that the system still only works for rental invoices and not for charges or deposits, which will still need to be collected by other means.

These changes apply to all DD mandates started after 1st November 2017 and are available now!

Print Tasks as worksheets

Do you have someone who does your maintenance jobs for you?  If so you can now use Landlord Vision to generate a worksheet with all of the required information already on it, including the due date, priority, the property, contact details and of course the job description. As you would expect, you can print this off or email a PDF, whichever works best for you and your team

All of these features are up and available to use right now. Just log into your Landlord Vision software to get started. Remember, if you have an issue please don’t hesitate to contact us through the help-desk (Help > Submit a Support Ticket).

If you want to suggest a new feature to make Landlord Vision work even better for you, then head to our Feature Request section.
