I’m using LV for two different companies and like that I can do everything myself. The neatness of the system, particularly the expense recording and sorting feature, takes away the drudgery of filing/book keeping and gives me control.
Landlord Vision does what I need it to do. It took me a day or two to figure out but now I know what my company is doing on a daily basis and find it easier to store and retrieve information.
I started using Landlord Vision when we begin professionally acquiring properties. Keeping track of rents, especially if tenants are struggling to pay, is really important to me and Landlord Vision being specific to properties, does this really well. I also find the support environment very helpful, coming from a software background I know this is difficult to achieve.
