What made you choose Landlord Vision?
It was taking up a lot of my time to maintain tenants in and out periods, security deposits, and calculate pro rata rents when people moved in or out before the month’s end. Landlord Vision had a solution to maintain all those things in the software, so I no longer had to maintain them manually.
There are also lots of other great ways that the software uses automated functions, just like other accounting software.
Do you have any favourite features?
I like the tax reports and automatic invoices. However, one feature that has unexpectedly become an essential part of my bookkeeping is the live bank feeds and reconciliation capability in the software.
I love that new features, often ones suggested by customers, are constantly being added to the software to stay up to date with the needs of my clients.
Would you recommend Landlord Vision to other bookkeepers?
Yes! And as a bonus, because I use Landlord Vision to manage my clients' properties, I was chosen as one of the approved bookkeepers in the Landlord Vision directory. This has introduced me to new customers.
