No, Landlord vision is a solution to help property investors better manage their own property businesses. While you can track rents, expenses, expiry dates and tasks, Landlord Vision does not generate a landlord statement. If you need a solution for letting agents please visit our sister website www.propertyportfoliosoftware.co.uk.
No. This is because Landlord Vision has its own integrated accounting engine that has been designed by accounting experts.
There is no restriction to the number of tenancies. With the subscription plans you pay a base fee which comes with a block of tenancies. You then pay a smaller fee for each additional tenancy making plans very versatile.
At Landlord Vision we have three plans, Starter, Standard and Premium. These can be broken down like this:

Starter. Income and expense tracking, producing a tax report and tracking expiry dates.

Standard. The Starter features, plus mortgage tracking, Right to Rent tracking, document management, email notifications, legal documents, e-signatures and a calendar showing when everything is due.

Premium. All of the above features plus receipt scanning, a diary to track correspondence and work done plus much more.

All plans come with free support and live bank feeds.

Please note that you get a 14 day free trial with each plan so you can see if it’s right for you.

Choose the plan that meets your needs, then select the number of tenancies you need to manage and continue to the sign-up page. You can raise or lower your tenancy limit and change plan at any time.

While any Expired tenancies will remain on your system for your records we do not charge your subscription for expired tenancies once they have become archived.
Yes. You can get started on a lower plan and upgrade at a later date if needed. Equally, if you find you no longer need so many features, you can downgrade at any time as well. Landlord Vision's flexible monthly plans allow you to upgrade and downgrade both your plans and tenancy limits at any time.

Full data backups are performed automatically daily on all accounts and each backup copy is kept for 31 days.
Yes. The communication between your computer and our servers is encrypted using strong 128-bit keys (256-bit keys in many cases depending on the web browser).

What that means is that even if the information travelling between your computer and our servers were to be intercepted, it would be practically impossible for anyone to make any sense out of it.
We respect our customers' data and that’s why we'll never sell, rent or share your information with third parties for promotional use.

The data will only be accessed by the service provider if and when they are requested to do so by the registered user to enable them to provide full technical support.

Landlord Vision will collect data to help improve the quality of services offered.
Other than the rights and interests expressly set forth in Landlord Vision's Terms & Conditions, you own your data and retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you store with Landlord Vision.
