We run our properties through a limited company. We aim to give the best service to our tenants to grow our business in the London area.

I want to use our property portfolio to fund our retirement. To work towards this, our main goal for the properties is to achieve high rental yields and capital growth.
Originally, we used a spreadsheet with complicated formulas to manage the business, which worked but had its limitations.
